2.NO alcoholic beverages are allowed in the hall except those listed on the permit.

3.The liquor permit shall be posted in the bar area for the entire function duration.

4.Inspections by the RCMP, Manitoba Liquor Control Commission, or Hall representative will be accepted by the renter. Permit holders take full responsibility for the event.

5.Minors must be accompanied by a parent or Legal Guardian.

6.At bar functions the renter and guests must vacate the premises within 60 minutes following function.

7.The renter is responsible for the conduct of all persons attending the hall event. Misconduct may require the immediate vacating of the premises with out refund to the renter.

8.Renter is responsible to pay two hall bartenders and one hall security people the night of the event.(going rate)

9.No food or beverages permitted on the dance area or out side the building.

10.NO throwing of confetti, rice or birdseed in the hall.

11.Decorating will be allowed the night prior to the event IF the hall is available.

12.No pets allowed in the hall except those for seeing eye dogs.

13.The renter takes responsibility and agrees to pay for any damages and or fines

14.The Hall Board or its representatives are not responsible for loss or damages to goods left in the hall.

15.The renter is responsible for cleaning the kitchen after their function.

16.The renter shall enforce the “No Smoking” policy. Renter is responsible for all fines and damages.

17.The renter is responsible for set up of tables, chairs and the following clean-up duties: a.Wash off all tables, wipe off chairs & stack, return to storage rooms.
b.Pick up garbage, food, etc from floor of main hall.
c.Place garbage in garbage bin outside south side of building.
d.Bathrooms – pick up garbage, clean up excessive mess (E.g. Vomit)
**an extra fee for cleaning may be charged if items not followed

18.NO CORKAGE CHARGE ALL ICE, CUPS, MIX SUPPLIED BY RENTER
